Hi,

When installing FP1 on my computer, I can see server upgrade (TM1S.exe properties is now 9.5.20100.18049 versus 9.5.20000.11857 without FP1), but I can not see any upgrade on the client side. The "Help--> About Perspectives" in Server Explorer gives me 9.5.2. Tm1version.txt file in Application Data gives me also 9.5.20000.

Is the FP1 only a server side FP ?

There are two different packages of the TM1 9.5.2 FP1 software:
- The 64-bit package for Windows x64 which will upgrade an installation of 64-bit TM1 9.5.2 Server for Windows x64 to TM1 9.5.2 FP1 Server for Windows x64
- The 32-bit package for Windows x86 which will upgrade an installation of 32-bit TM1 9.5.2 Client for Windows x86 to TM1 9.5.2 FP1 Client for Windows x86

I assume that you installed both the 64-bit TM1 9.5.2 Server for Windows x64 and the 32-bit TM1 9.5.2 Client for Windows x86 on your 64-bit Windows x64 server machine.

If that is the case, then you must install twice:
First the 64-bit TM1 9.5.2 FP1 for Windows x64 software to upgrade your 64-bit TM1 9.5.2 Server installation, then the 32-bit TM1 9.5.2 FP1 for Windows x86 software to upgrade your 32-bit TM1 9.5.2 Client installation.

In fact, I have everything on my computer (server and client), which is a 32 bits machine.

So I installed the 32 bits TM1 9.5.2 package. Shouldn't it install the client as well?

In Windows Explorer, what about the version of the TM1 Client / Perspectives files tm1p.dll, tm1p<language>.dll (eg tm1pdeu.dll), tm1prc.dll, tm1prc<language>.dll (eg tm1prcdeu.dll), tm1xl.dll, tm1xl<language>.dll (eg tm1xldeu.dll) and tm1.xll ?

In Windows Explorer, what about the version of the TM1 Architect files tm1a.exe and tm1a<language>.dll (eg tm1adeu.dll) ?

Are they displaying 9.5.20100.18049 as product version ?

if so, your TM1 9.5.2 Client installation has been successfully upgraded to TM1 9.5.2 FP1.

Yes, thank you, those files are displaying 9.5.20100.18049 as product version. So I was able to check the upgrade on my computer.

But I thought that this would be visible in Server Explorer as well.
As I don't have access to Citrix servers in the production environment, but only to Perspectives, I have no way to check that the upgrade has been done...
