Spreading Help

Hi Folks,

I have a Sales Cube having dimension like.
Year
Month
Product Line
Market Segment
Company
Scenario(Actual,Budget)
Measures(Amount LC,Amount USD)

The requirement of the client is something like this.

1. He gets an annual sales number, and he wants to spread it across months based on % which he will key in.
2.After spreading the amount month wise now he wants to allocate or spread it using the market segment For EG if the sales is 50 millions and he wants to allocate and there are 5 market segment and he wants to give them some percentage to allocate the 50 millions,
Say for Eg for Market A he wants to allocate 20 %
Eg for Market B he wants to allocate 50 % & rest of them for market C, D ,E that will be 10,10,10 respectively.

3. After this spreading he wants to have a market segment vs product line view and he wants to allocate the amount pertaining to the particular market segment across the product lines.
Say for EG Take Market 'A' and spread the total amount of market 'A' across product line with a percentage for each product line.

I am facing problems in meeting this requirement of the client.

1. If i have to spread it annually, that is as per point no 1. I have consolidation members as the hanging dimension which are 'Total Product Line','Total Market Segment'
so I cant give user to enter data, because the cells are grayed out.

2. Similarly issue is faced when i do it Market segment wise, because 'Total Product Line' is at consolidation level.

I have created 3 helper cubes where i allow the user to key in the percentages and then use relative proportional spread to spread it across different scenarios which he wants to.

My problem is the user wants to add more dimension in the cube and budget at a granular level using the same technique.

I think my method will get too complex for the user to handle and probably he will end up with too many percentages.

Is there a way to do it this in a simple way?
