Software withdrawal of IBM Cognos TM1 and TM1 Executive Viewer V9.4.x is announced.
Effective September 30, 2012, IBM Cognos TM1 and TM1 Executive Viewer V9.4.x will no longer be developed and supported by software engineers

Yes, that was announced some time ago; I mentioned it back in April and I don't think it was new news even then. It's just another instance of the increasngly (and ridiculously) short life cycle of products these days.
