TM1 Package Connector - Where is connection to BW defined?

All,

Having an interesting problem with our TM1 Package connector. When all settings appear to be pointing to our Production Cognos Environment (which is in, in turn, pointed to our Production BW instance), the resulting data loaded via TI/Package connector is data from our TEST BW instance.

Does anyone know definitively where (tm1p.ini, tm1s.cfg, cogstartup.xml for package connector install, etc) one sets which BW environment you want the Package Connector to hit?
