Hi All

We have TM1 Version 9.1 SP2 running on a 64 bit server with 128gb of Ram.
The following message appeared in the message log, and shortly after this, the server came down.

5656 WARN 2009-01-14 06:15:26,205 TM1.Lock Attempt to release lock on 0x0000000157A5C340(0x0000000157A5C210). No lock held. :o

The only log entries prior to this were 1 hour beforehand, relating to a TI process, which finished executing normally.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to look.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards

Armand

I suspect your only opton is apply all the patches for 9.1 but I don't know the specific reason your server would have come down...

Have you been on this version long? (Sorry for having to edit spelling, it is too early)

We had some serious locking\concurrency issues that were crashing our 64 bit 9.1 SP2, since upgrading to 9.1 SP2 U3 most of those have been fixed, so Steve's advice of updating is probably your best bet.

We have been on this version for approx 18 months.I suspect the service pack upgrade may help as you suggest.

Thanks

We too had issues with the lesser version of 9.1. Since we moved to 9.1 SP2 U3 we have been pretty stable.
