Action Button not displayed correctly on TM1Web

I am on TM1 9.5.2. My spreadsheets with Action Buttons are not displaying correctly on the TM1Web. The spreadsheets are created in Excel 2007. Action Buttons only appear as boxes which are disabled and we can not click on them. Also the Label of the Action Button is not appearing. See the attached image:
The version of Excel on the client and Server is Office 2007.
Does anyone know the cause of this issue? Any ideas would be appreciated.
