Hierarchy issue

Hi,
have any hierarchy issue in a dimesion,the elements are
Company-C
Channel-C
State-C
Region-C
Location-N
there are only two channels like Branch and Franchise,but my issue is for a franchise at a particular region there is only one location, but i am getting 16 locations for the same franchise at one region.
This is CSV file and it should be created by TI only,help me in this.

I am very sorry to be blunt, but your post does not make any sense to me. Help us help you and describe your problem properly, providing your TI code, your source csv file and a screenshot of your result that you think is incorrect (because this is what you are saying, is it not?).

Does this mean;

my issue is that for any given franchise, there should be only one location, but the TI is producing a hierarchy with multiple locations under that franchise.

Or does it mean;

the TI is adding all of the locations to one franchise.

And I think it would be helpful if you included the TI code. As in, really helpful.

TI is successful,
In subset editor the hierarchy is different from the CSV. No errors in the TI
Thats hierarchy mismatch .

thank you. What you mean is correct. But my issue is not in TI , it is in the Subset editor of the dimension.
