Action Button in TM1 9.0

Hi,
I'm using Microsoft excel 2000 and cognos TM1 9.0 SP3. I'm not seeing Action Button over there when I use TM1 Perspective under TM1 tab.
Can any one help me if I can have an action button created over there ?

If I recall correctly, Action Buttons were introduced in 9.4, so they will not work with versions older than that.

Edit: My memory has failed me, 9.1 introduced Action Buttons and 9.4 enhanced their functionality.
