Hello guys,
We are testing TM1 Web to add value on our TM1 project, we used on the Excel Services the domain account that we use to start and use our TM1 server Windows Service and we notice that Excels are never converted into websheets (it last years and do nothing), we changed the service logon to use the Local Account and now it works.
Our service account has a missing permit of some kind, but what happen if we keep up this logon setting? We did some little testing and works fine.
Thanks!

Re: Windows Service: Excel Services
Could these missing permissions be the ones referenced in the IBM Technote 1458332 ?

Unable to launch TM1 websheet: Old format or invalid type library
Or it might be the RDP session issue mentioned by lotsaram in another thread ->

Re: Windows Service: Excel Services
Everything seems to be working ok, I really dont know if we should use the local system account for starting excel services.
