For users of versions prior to 9.5

It appears that the product support grid has been updated.

9.1 (SP3 and SP4)

These are both already off Product Support (that is, the time during which you'll supposedly receive fixes for bugs); that ended on December 31 last year. They go off Service Request support (the date that they'll even take usage support requests) on November 30 this year.

After that, 9.1 will be completely unsupported.

Executive Viewer 9.3 goes off Service Request support at the same time.

9.4 and 9.4 MR1

These go off Product Support on September 30 2012. No date has been specified for them going off Service Request support yet.

Executive Viewer 9.4 goes off support at the same time.
