Error 1720

Post by Yukiya »

Hi there,

When I uninstall TM1 9.0.1 from Windwows 7, I got an error 1720.
So, does anyone know how to uninstall it without error?

Regards,

I have had instances where the TM1 uninstall package would not work. I had to fall back on removing everything myself from the registry. Search for and remove all key instances of "TM1" and "Applix" in the registry and that will get rid of everything. Make sure you make a backup of your system beforehand. Good luck.

We had seen this, can't remember what version and it wasn't Windows 7 either. It was when uninstalling it from the server and it turns out it was because there was no default printer installed on our servers.

Didn't make any difference to anything though - just click on OK to continue.
