Is there an easy way to get all your cube names and their dimensions into excel, using TM1 v9.5.1

The quickest way is copy and paste in the list from the properties window,

Simple for any version of TM1. Just use DIMIX to get your list of cubes from }Cubes dimension and TABDIM to get dimension by cube. See attached spreadsheet.

You might find this TI process useful to find out if any dimensions aren't being used: http://www.tm1forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=4901
