TM1 workflow doesn't work with Cognos Express Xcelerator !

Hi all,

I have installed IBM Cognos Express v9.5 ,then i installed Xcelerator ,Xcelerator client . (As i see ,there is no difference between TM1 and Xcelerator)
Then i installed TM1 workflow for Xcelerator .But when i open excel ,an error occur :
  • TM1 client is not installed or failed to load.
    TM1 workflow option is not available.
I used IBM Cognos Express 9.5 and IBM Cognos TM1 Workflow 9.5.10007
Please help me to fix it !

Did you check if your problem is the one described in the IBM Technote 1507406 ?

After installing Cognos Express 9.5 Xcelerator Workflow, to start Cognos Express 9.5 Xcelerator Client fails with error message: "TM1 client missing"

Cause
The Installer of Cognos Express 9.5 Xcelerator Perspectives Workflow changes the path used by Excel to find the Cognos Express 9.5 Xcelerator Perspectives Excel Add-In, which by default is "../IBM/Cognos Express Clients/Xcelerator Client/bin/tm1p.xla". As a result Excel cannot find and load the Excel Add-In of the Cognos Express 9.5 Xcelerator Perspectives client.

Resolving the problem
Use the Excel Add-In Manager to control and correct the path Excel is using to locate the Cognos Express 9.5 Xcelerator Perspectives Excel Add-In.
