Hi,

IBM Cognos has developed the Financial Analytical Publisher (FAP) on top of their consolidation tool: Controller. This is a TM1-cube!
Almost al users first start Controller, then Excel via Controller. A Controller add-in will appear, however the TM1-add-in will not appear.

Any ideas?

I can only guess that either:

a) It is opening a dfferent instance of excel or
b) That the controller script is blocking the excel add-in some how
