LDAP Configuration with TM1 9.5.1

Hello,

I configured TM1 9.5.1 with LDAP Novell NDS without SSL Security!
users have been correctly imported in TM1 via ETLDAP Tool , i set one user as administrator and PassWordSource to LDAP
But when i try to connect the user with LDAP Credentials, i get the error: "Connection failed: LDAPServerConenctionFailed"
Could you explain me what to do?

I configured TM1 9.5.1 with LDAP Novell NDS without SSL Security!

The ETLDAP tool is not TM1: The ETLDAP tool supports both the unsecured LDAP protocol and the secured LDAPS protocol, but TM1 supports only the secured LDAPS protocol.

Thus LDAP user authentication in TM1 9.5.1 will not work when using a Novell NDS without SSL Security.

Hi Stephane,

Have you configured LDAP using SSL security. If yes, have you used LDAP server CA certificate for configuration? Please let me know.

Also how to get the Certificate from LDAP server.
