Active Form prompts Switch To... and Retry

Guys,
Have you encountered that prompt? It's when you open an Excel file with an Active Form in it. In my case, I always drag my Excel file and drop to an already opened Excel instance. After I drop the file, that's the time I'll log in to TM1. In my case, there are two TM1 servers that serve as my Active Form's data source-- DB1 and DB2, where DB2 is the major data source and DB1 provides data for a single measure in my Active Form. I always log in to DB1 first. After I log in, this prompt shows containing Switch To..., Retry, and Cancel buttons. I click Switch To..., not once but many times then after the prompt is gone, when I log in to DB2, it comes back again, and so I'll click many times again.
I already tried dropping my Excel file to an Excel instance with my TM1 account logged in to the two servers, but this prompt always showed.
Can someone help me on this?
