Can't access TM1 server via Internet !

Hi all,

I can't use URL http://machine_name/TM1Web/TM1Weblogin.aspx to access to TM1 server via Internet.
I have opened the following ports : 5495, 5498, 12345, 12346 ,8080 ,4785 . Do i need to open any more ports ?
Please help me to access to TM1 server via Internet !

Why would you expect that you could use the machine_name reference to find a server over the internet? To locate a machine over the internet you have to use a name that resolves to an actual internet IP address. Inside your network that reference may very well resolve to an internal IP address but if you are expecting to find that machine over the internet it will have to have an external IP address (unless you are using port forwarding). Try replacing machine_name with the external IP address of the TM1 server.

Of course i have replaced the machine name by the actual IP address. But it still doesn't work. I think i must have missed some ports.
