Differences between $B$6, $B6,B$6 in excel sheet for calc

Hi,
please can give me the differences between $B$6, $B6,B$6 this is an example. For writing rules in excel.
This is for calculation in excel, i do not have knowledge in excel. Please help me.

If you don't know this then this the wrong forum for you. I suggest a basic Excel course, or getting a manual - John Walkenbach's Excel 2007 Bible is one such, but there are (many) others. For your specific question you should google on Excel relative cell references.

I think it stands as a slight (and probably justified) condemnation of the indexing of program help files these days that that's the one source that's rarely recommended any more.

In this case, though, there's a reasonably decent outline in the help. If you hit [F1] in Excel and search for "Cell References" you'll find what you're looking for. In Excel 2003 it's under the heading "About cell and range references", and is probably the same in later versions.
