Hi! Everyone,
May I just ask if anyone knows about this error in Executive viewer. One of my dimensions in this cube contains 15 million plus elements. It prompts SystemOutOfMemory error when I put this dimension as my row dimension but I select only the sole parent of this dimension's elements. I know it's TM1 behavior when a dimension row or column contains large number of elements.
My problem is in Executive Viewer,I thought that Executive Viewer can handle this large number of elements when put as row elements. But the cells only contain 'error!' text on them.
Can someone explain why does this happen?
Thanks!
Bunch.

Hey Bunch,
I'm not sure if this will help but what is your default subset set to for that dimension?
Jim.

Re: 'Error!' in Executive Viewer
I have seen this error but quite a long time ago...and trying to recall what I did to fix it.
Are you saying that you only get this problem when you select all the 15 mil elements as you rows? Make sure you have enough Memory/RAM. And check the log files as well.
I will try to recall something else and will get back to you.

Re: 'Error!' in Executive Viewer
Guys,
Thanks for the replies.
I don't use any subset on my EView, I just select the sole parent and put this dimension as my row dimension. But it only shows 'error!' in cell.
Thanks.
