9.5.2 String Measure Length

Guys,
In 9.5.2 is the mamximum string measure length still 256 characters??

What are you trying to do?
I have a recollection that certain aspects were never updated. From what I can remember I thought things like the MDX subset in TI were not changed for this. ****Grain of Salt since it has been a while *****

Only if the UI is still Excel 2003 or earlier (for comments entered via Excel) otherwise long strings are fine (including for TI variables).

Cheers Lotsaram, but I'm not 100% vertain I have been clear. I'm trying to asses whether commentry of over 256 characters can be entered a TM1 cube via a string element. From your answer it looks that way I just wanted to confirm,
