TM1 Web - hide selected cubes in View section

I'm trying to hide only selected cubes from the View drop down in TM1 Web. I found this setting in the web.cfg file, but when I set this to No it completely removes the View section: add key="NavTreeDisplayServerView" value="N"

Has anyone been able to figure out how to do this? My next thought is configuring this through TM1 security, but that might get ugly...
