TM1 Top

Hi All,

I am having a problem in killing the thread ids using TM1 top untility.

I had configured TM1 top with the server name.
Able to access to TM1 Top and access the TM1 server via command prompt
Able to display all the thread id's
Able to verfy the admin access
But when I trying to kill the thread id's nothing is happening

Is there any specific configuration that I missed out, can any one please guide me.

I have found that it depends on what thread you are trying to kill. Sometimes they freeze. Depending on the TM1 version that you are using you also have to be careful because if you try to kill a thread too many times it can kill the server.

That's the experience I had with 9.1.3 anyway,

I need some help- get some documents/quide understand of TM1 Top-Command related tasks.

Request som your help on understanding on TM1 Top- pls forward or advise.

I think TM1 Top is covered by the operartions guide these days, but just for you:

Hit V to verify. Enter admin logon details. Then to cancel a thread hit and enter the number.
