Can we load data into contributor through TI is this will be possible?
Any suggestions on this.

Contributor is just a front end to the TM1 cubes. So yes, load the data into the cubes and the numbers will show in Contributor.

Thank you,I was trying like loading data into contributor directly, by developing cubes in TI by writing scripts.

The cube must already exist for you to create a Contributor application that connects to it. So you can't build cubes from scratch via TI and expect them to show up in Contributor.
I also don't think users can run TI from Contributor, only from TM1 Web. Contributor is for having lots of users entering a little bit of data each.
