Dear Forum,

Since I use TM1 9.4 and TM1 Web, pictures and logos I put on my Excel templates sometimes dissappear from my sheet in TM1 web, never to come back. I tried to get a hold of the problem but it seems almost random. The exact same picture works fine on one sheet, but does not show at all in another sheet?

Does anyone has a clue what this problem can be? In Excel of course everything is working fine, it is that damn TM1 web again... Grrrmbl..!!

With regard to your posting in Cognos Communities (which I stay out of) on this topic, I think the reason that you aren't getting any answers is that there are very few people on 9.4 yet and the number who are using Web would be a further subset of that again. The only thing I can suggest is lodging a support request in Insight, but even then it's going to be difficult if the problem can't be replicated.

I know. You are right. Since this problem is occurring with the unpredictability of the current stock exchanges, it is really hard to get a finger behind it.

However, the problem is still appearing in 9.4 MR1 (FP1) as well.

May be there are currently more people on this newer version of TM1.

When you open your sheets in excel, are the pictures & logos disappearing also? In excel, compare 2 templates, 1 working & 1 non working in TM1Web. Are the logo/picture before or after column D?

We had templates that was working great under TM19.1SP3. When we converted over to 9.4MR1, several of our templates stop working in TM1Web, but they were all fine in excel. Our templates consist of combo boxes were the majority of the selected value were being placed in column D. I had a guy who decided to rebuilt a template & placed selected values from a combo boxes in A-G & posted the template on TM1Web. The selected values in columns A-D wasn't being accepted where selected values in columns E and after were. We reviewed all our templates & the ones that wasn't working in TM1Web had selected values from combo boxes in column D. I notified support via insight with our findings. It may be related with active forms. I created a cube view & exported to excel via active form. It seems that active form feature uses column A-D.

Give it a try & do post the outcome.
