TM1 Tops Cmd via Command Line

Think I am asking for the world, but why not ask. 
Is there a way to kill a thread in the TM1 Tops via a command line?
(tm1tops.exe "Cmd", "Optional Variable")

Execute TM1 Tops
Use TM1Tops command to Write data to text file
Systematically scan text file for threads running longer than X seconds
Execute tops to kills threads retrieved from text file
