Hello.

I have the TM1 cube.
The cube has 2 dimensions: P01_time, P01_products
Dimensions have a technical name.
In the title of dimensions I use the prefix P01_.
TM1Web shows two names for the dimensions: dimension name and the subset name
It is necessary that TM1 does not show the name of the dimensions
Can tm1 web display the alias for the name of dimension?

Aliases are designed for dimension elements, not the dimensions themselves. Although you can add an alias to a dimension name by adding an alias attribute to the }Dimensons dimension, there is no facility in TM1 to tell the web to display this instead of the actual dimension name in the user interface.

There is a new alias introduced in TM1 9.5 for control objects which from memory is called }TM1DefaultDisplayValue. The intention is to convert the long winded and sometimes seemingly random assortment of characters that you get as the native element name in the }Clients dimension and convert it into something intelligible for display in Contributor and other UIs.

It's a long shot but it might work for other control dimensions (but no guarantee I think the odds are <50%) and I have no way of testing this at the moment.
