Unable to Regester Perpective DLL

Post by pradeep.k.jagadeesan »

I have installed IBM Congnos TM1 9.4 in a stand alone PC i.e without a domain controller.
Architect Installed successfully but perspective not installed. It throw an error "Unable to register....Perpecive.....dll" and finished the installation.

How to register that perspective dll file?
where this perspective dll be available?

Thanks

Which version of Excel you have got?

Post the exact error or its screen shot.
Cheers!

If the Windows version is later than XP (ie the appalling Vista or the only a little bit less bad 7, both of which come with that wonderful application "Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working"), make sure that you install it as Administrator. (That is, don't just be logged in under an Admin account, make sure that you right click the install exe and select "Run As Administrator".)
