CX 9.5 Planner Frustration

Can anybody suggest how the &^%% you can persuade CX 9.5 Planner to make available the groups which I have set up to assign submission and review
?

Im not on Cognos Express but don't you have to import the new user groups into TM1 though Architect? You do with the non express version.

Thanks - that did it.
I raised an SR with IBM - think I'll leave it there so I can ask sweetly where this is documented.

Update - set up a new 'application', followed the instructions. Was able to take ownership/update data/submit, but the reviewer role couldn't see the application. Fixed by re-adding the user and group in Architect (but they were already there). &*(&*%^ Cognos security model.
