We have recently upgraded to 9.5.1 from 9.1.3 using the same excel files as applications and websheets on a new build but same configuration (32 bit web server - virtual & physical 64 bit data server). We have encountered 2 issues regarding to exporting, they may be related, they may be independent.
1) Worldwide TM1 Web users (not on network) can export a single websheet without issue. BUT if they export a file with multiple tabs or a file with a single tab, but selecting a dimension from "Choose dimension titles to Export" They eventually get "Number of sheets to export exceeds maximum allowed" The config setting is the default 100 and users are exporting a file with up to 30 tabs. The files are saved in .xls fomat with Excel 2007 installed on the webserver. As admin or user I cannot replicate this error.
2) TM1 Web Users (on the network) can export a single sheet without issue. BUT, again if they export a file with multiple tabs or a file with a single tab, but selecting a dimension from "Choose dimension titles to Export" They eventually get a "session time out error". The http runtime execution timeout is set to 7200 secs. The IIS DefaultAppPool is set to 120 min. The session timeout per web.config is set to 120 min.
Any ideas as to how to resolve this would be appreciated.
