TM 9.1 Dynamic Slice

Hallo
I know 9.1 is very old and there are better tools to use. The problem is that the Client still uses this version.
I have a report that uses a Dynamic Slice that use to update when a parameter was change.
It use to work, updating elements when the parameter change, but it somehow stopped working.
I have done:
Closed the report.
Closed TM1
Restart the service.
None of this seems to get the report to update the dynamic list anymore.
How do I fix this?
