How many elements (by which I assume you mean "values") there can be?

Take the total number of elements in each dimension of the cube and multiply them by each other. If you only want to know about potential stored rather than calculated values (assuming no rules), take the subset of N level members rather than all elements.

How many values there are?

Turn on Performance Monitor and look at the }StatsByCube cube.
