hi Appreciate your time and thanks in advance

If a User 'John' Given 'Read' Permission for a measure 'ASP' and if make 'John' as a Owner of a workflow and assign a WorkBook having 'ASP' .Then Will john get Write access to ASP with the workflow is active?. And Once he submits it ,he ll be again Read ??

And If that is correct then when other person Rejects Johns Submission will John get Write access to ASP again? how it works??
