TM1 Forum

Hi, seen a few discussions around on this but our 9.4 install (cognos express 9.0) has an issue with Tm1 web - no formatting appears on the websheet. Data is there and functionality works as expected, just no column width or cell formatting.

Most reference material to date has pointed to permissions of express_installation_location\Xcelerator\Tm1web and express_installation_location\Xcelerator\TM1WebEx allowing the default IIS user to have access. We have done this and ensured the access is inherited by each folders children folders. We have also given full access to 'everyone' for these folders as last ditch effort.

Server is 64bit and Excel 2007 (and even tried with Excel 2003 install).

Ay experiences or suggestions?

Admin : Moved from bugs to Cognos TM1

This is a security permissions issue on the server not a bug. After ensuring sufficient access to the TM1WebEx directories did you refresh IIS and have you tried restarting the server itself? (sometimes a reboot is necessary.)
