Rules Editor in Perspective not working

Hi guys,
Im having a problem with the Rules Editor of Perspective. I don't know why I can't open it but in Architect it is working fine. any reason why this is happening? btw I'm using TM1 9.4

try switching it to the old one, does that work OK? will help to narrow down the possibilities.

Mackay,
Just a thought,
If I remember correctly the 'new' rules editor (in 9.4) requires .net 2 or 3 to be installed on the local machine.
This article shows how to deteremine which version of .net of if, it is installed on your pc,

It's working now. I changed it back to the normal one.
