I've accidentally deleted a sandbox, which was full of user data (Contributor uses sandboxes by default). I don't have any backups, bus cube logging is enabled. How can I restore my data?

You'll find the sandbox logs in a subdirectory of the main logging directory. You should be able to open them up in Excel and use DBS formulae to resend the data back up to TM1.
