Cognos Connection Add User & Group

Hi All,

I had a single sign on setup already, now i need to add about 100+ users and groups for the cotributor apps to the Cognos Connection.
is there any fastest way such a TI, command line, or maybe SDK sampe to add / import group from other sources such as text file etc.
i am sure there is a way to do that, anyone experienced with cognos SDK?
