I don't think there are too many Planning people on the forum, but if you know someone, please let them know about this post.
If you're a Planning consultant looking for a change of scenery, then how about New Zealand...
An IBM partner has a lot of Cognos Planning clients that still need support and occasional new models built. Overtime the Planning support will be gradually replaced by TM1 work, but initially the split is likely to be 80% Planning and 20% TM1. TM1 training will be provided.
Location is flexible. Ideally Christchurch, but Wellington or Auckland considered. Start date is also flexible, but needs to be before mid March 2011.
A visa is possible, but you must have a very strong background in Planning and be well suited for a consulting role. This includes an excellent command of spoken and written English.
