Contributor cube loading takes forever

Hello,
I've created a user "user1" which is supposed to enter data into contributor cube ("edit" rights). However, when this user logs on and tries to open his contributor task, the window opens, but stays forever in this state:

If this user logs on architect, it can open the cube and enter the data.
These are my rights settings:
When I log on as administrator, I can open the contributor cube successfully (it takes less than 5 seconds to load). Any ideas where can I start looking? Could this be a permission problem?
