Hi,

is it possible to spread a value equally instead of proportionally?
I know that the standard spread method in e.g. TM1Web is the proportional spread - it spreads this way if entering a number without a data action.

Does anyone know if one can change this to equal spread?
It was perfectly if it was possible to enter a value at a consolidation and this is equally spread to its children.

If there exists a TI function like "CellPutProportionalSpread()", this would be a possibility too.
Any help is appreciated.

Think outside the box. If you pre-populated the children with a value of 1, and then did a CellPutProportionalSpread, wouldn't that accomplish the same thing?

Thanks, already thought about that as a workaround.

However it would be very pleasant if that standard behaviour was changeable.
