Roles in Cogno TM1 as Developer

i would like to Know what are the roles would be applicable as Developer in Cognos TM1.

Not sure I understand the question - do you mean what kind of job the Developer qualification (
http://www-03.ibm.com/certify/tests/ovrCOG-310.shtml) would push you towards? At the risk of stating the obvious, it would generally lead to being a developer of TM1 applications.
If you mean what roles are currently available for a TM1 developer that you might be able to apply for, then you'd be best to discuss with knowledgeable recruiters in your location. We do have the
Jobs forum, but it's a bit of a ghost town.
If you didn't mean either of those things, please clarify.
