Pick List Rules TM1

Hi,
I am new to TM1. Can some one pls tell what am I doing wrong here?
I have an "Ledger Account" dimension with 10001, 10010, 10020... etc as elements. I also have another dimension "Frango Account" with 20001, 200023...etc.
In "Ledger Account" dimension has text attributes picklist dimension:Frango Account.
Now I have 2 cubes that has the following dimensions
First cube Transformation: LEDGER ACCOUNT, ACCOUNT TRANSFORMATION, in this cube to select picklist dimension:Frango Account
Then,
2- FRANGO ACCOUNT, MONTH, DATA
I don´t really, how I can see this transformation when I wirte the Data in my second cube, I think it may be a rule attrs, but I need someone to tell me what
I can do
