You'd probably be hard pressed to even find someone in IBM who could give you an answer to that without needing to dig through archive boxes. Even in Grognard-land, it's not something that many people have paid attention to or kept track of.
What's the purpose of needing to know?
If you want to know the
currently supported versions, there's a link to that in the
FAQ thread, though even that doesn't have release dates.
