Hi All,

Cognos Express 9.0
Mozilla Firefox 3.6.9
Excel 2007

When trying to slice or create a snapshot from Tm1Web nothing happens. The browser keeps saying "waiting for "hostname", where hostname is the name of my Tm1 Server.

It still worked yesterday but from today no one can slice or snapshot anything.

please help!!!

Check that TM1ExcelService.exe is running.
Also look at the tm1 web logs.

Tm1 Excel service has a log in the bin directory. Check that log too.
