Freezing issue with TM1 client on Citrix

Morning all,
We have an issue where TM1 would simply freeze (just frozen screen. No crash error message) when we do simple things like recalc of view in TM1 Cube Viewer.
This happens sporadically and can occur 5/6 times a day.
Our IT has no idea why this is happening and re-installing Excel and TM1 (on Citrix servers) did not seem to help.
We are on TM1 9.4 MR1 and I may look to go to FP3. I just hope FP3 is better than that cr@p FP2 version that was a total nightmare for us.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has Citrix clients and come across any problems like this.
I will log a call with IBM but have a feeling that they'll say it's a Citrix issue and will refuse to look at it.
