Reg TM1 Workflow 9.4

HI ,
when i click on Admin or Load in TM1 workflow getting error and i attached that file<TM1 Workflow error.doc>
I am Using Window XP Operating system and TM1 9.4 workflow version.
i check the four Windows Registry Keys on my system but i didn't get these ...
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ActiveX Compatibility\
{2C247F23-8591-11D1-B16A-00C0F0283628}
{BDD1F04B-858B-11D1-B16A-00C0F0283628}
