Unable to start TM1 Excel service

Hello All,

I have installed TM1 v9.4.1 on a stand alone Windows 2003-32 bit machine. When I try to start the services

TM1 Admin Server -- Started
TM1 Excel Service -- Error Message: Could not start the TM1 Excel service on a local computer.

Excel Version: Microsoft Excel 2003
.Net Framework: v3.5

Could you all let me know how can I get rid of the error message while starting the TM1 Excel Service.

Try to get the error from the event viewer or turn on excel service logging and look for it in the excel service log
