Cognos TM1 9.4 Web viwer install

Hi,

I installed TM1 9.4 on my laptop(Windows XP, IIS 5.0). I am able to install TM1 server , but when i tried to access TM1 Web its throwing below error.
Any thoughts on the below error.

Do you have IIS running? Also when you were installing TM1, did you install TM1 Web?

Yes, I verified IIS is running and installed TM1Web also.
