Server List Empty

Dear All,
I'm coming for help.
I tried to access the TM1 server on the server machine but failed. The server list is empty, although I have configured admin host and refresh available servers time and again.
BTW, I can ping through to the server machine.
Really confused.
Waiting for any comments. Thanks in advance!

In your client options, are you specifying the name of the admin host by server name, or by IP address? Whichever one it is, try using the opposite one.

Also check the firewall on the server is allowing the admin host and the TM1 instance through.

But other collegues in the same network are able to see the server list.
Besides, both the ports for TM1 admin server and TM1 instance are added to the exception list of windows firewall.

Makes it all the more likely that the problem is with the client-side configuration.

Is your client and server on the same version?

Thanks a bunch, Alan!
But any other special configurations?

Thank you all dear friends.
Problem solved.
It is caused by the antivirus

just modify the configuration or shut it down.
