Hi
We are running TM19.5.1 version on windows domain say 'X' and Users in 'X' domain can loginto the TM1 web successfully.
We have a requirement where Users of different domain needs to access this TM1 server on X domain thru TM1 web, but we are unable to connect to TM1web. Error message shows page can't be displayed. We gave this url format (http://hostname of the server/tm1web/tm1weblogin.aspx also tried with IP address as well.
Any idea on resolving this issue, do I need to include any parameter in CFG file? your suggestion is highly appreciated.

Any suggestions on the connectivity?
I couldn't connect to TM1 web if I login in another machine with different domain. It says page can't be displayed like connectivity problem. Do I need to change any parameters in TM1 web Config file? Looking forward for your valuable inputs. Thanks.

I don't believe TM1 Web itself pays any attention to Windows domains. So you have two areas to examine:

a Firewalling
Is port 80 on the TM1 Web server visible to the other domain?

b Security
Are you using Active Directory/Integrated Login? If so, the users need to be members of the domain which is supplying the credentials to TM1.
