Have you tried adding this to jobs.olapforums.com? This is a site where vacancies are emailed to all registered users, bascially the main TM1 resource pool,

I live in Colombia-South America.
I am available, for work in network, i have experience in TM1 9.1 Sp 2 UP 3 in Administration and developer.
I hear ideas about this work...
